NCAA Gymnast of the Week
Yul Moldauer - Oklahoma

NCAA Rookie of the Week
Brody Malone - Stanford
Competing against gymnasts from California and World Champion Japan, Malone captured his third all-around title of the year by way of an 84.100. The night was highlighted by a career-best 14.750 in the high bar to win the event title. Malone would also finish second in the vault (14.550), and sixth in rings (14.050) and pommel horse (13.800).

Isaac Hammett - Penn State
Earned a podium finish to help Penn State top Navy and Air Force last weekend
Took first on rings with a career-high score of 14.800
His career-high performance ranks as the third-best score in the nation
Collects his first Big Ten Gymnast of the Week award

Freshman of the Week
Mike Moran - Minnesota
Claimed his first career event title on floor with a new career-high score of 14.400
Tied the Gophers’ season-high individual score on floor, helping the team to a season-high total for the event (70.100)
Tied a career high on vault with a score of 14.550, earning third place
Earns his first Big Ten Freshman of the Week award

Gymnast of the Week
Stephen Lewis – Springfield
Lewis earns back to back weekly awards after leading Springfield in five of six events. The junior won the floor exercise with a score of 13.7 and was runner-up on the rings with a score of 12.75. Lewis also finished runner-up on the parallel bars with a new career-best score of 13.9. He was not done finishing in the top three when we scored a 14.3 for the Pride on vault.

Specialist of the Week
Jacopo Gliozzi – William & Mary
Gliozzi won the pommel horse event twice in a week that the Tribe had two meets. To start off the week he scored a 14.1 on the pommel horse and on the rings would score a 13.9. The second meet of the week would only get better for the senior when he would set a new school record on the pommel horse. Gliozzi new mark for Tribe gymnasts to shoot for is 15.3. That score currently has him ranked fourth nationally. He also competed again on rings scoring a 13.2. Gliozzi currently ranks first in the ECAC on pommel horse and second on rings.

Rookie of the Week
Danny Clark – Navy
Clark finished fourth out of fifteen gymnasts on the pommel horse at the Penn State Tri-Meet last weekend. He earned his spot in the top five but setting a new career-best score of 13.9 topping his old mark of 13.55. Clark’s score also had him just .015 points out of second place.

Gymnast of the Week
Yul Moldauer - Oklahoma
Moldauer (Arvada, CO), making his 2019 all-around debut, claimed the title with an 88.300 tally as the No. 1 Sooners (424.050) defeated No. 3 Michigan. Moldauer’s total score ranks as the top all-around of the 2019 NCAA season and the best since 2017. He also claimed four event titles, winning floor (15.300), pommel horse (14.600), still rings (14.850), and parallel bars (15.100). His floor exercise and parallel bars routine both rank as the top NCAA individual score this season. This is Moldauer’s eighth career MPSF weekly award, including a repeat from last week.
